RMCOCO Provides Fabrics, Custom Creations & Furnishings to the Residential and Commercial Design Markets. Our workroom manufacturers drapery, shades, cornices, and other soft window treatments as well bedding, shams, and pillows. We have been in business for over 45 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee, lead our manufacturing, warehouse, and customer service which are a critical part of our company’s future success.
The Workroom Manager will be responsible for managing the Sewing Floor and coordinating the Workroom Customer Service Department consisting of 40 employees. As the Manager, you will encourage and coach your team on how to fill orders efficiently while maintaining quality. This is a tremendous opportunity where much of the foundation has been put in place — now, we’re ready for a unique leader to take it to the next level. Our Manager will have complete ownership and accountability for the workroom operations of the organization, drive and achieve all success metrics and KPIs through motivation and leadership, implement new processes, create competitive ways to encourage and promote daily performance of the team, foster an environment of development and high achievement. Help with the hiring and formal training process of new team members. Work closely with senior leadership. RM COCO uses the EOS Business Operating System which drives accountability through the organization and this position will participate in Leadership Team meetings and decisions.

RM COCO Provides Fabrics, Custom Creations & Furnishings to the Residential and Commercial Design Markets. We have been in business for over 45 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Payroll, Human Resource and Accounts Payable Processor. Position will also process Payroll and HR functions for a sister company Carr Textile. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or Optimum Payroll Software is a plus.
The Payroll Processor is responsible for processing the bi-weekly payroll for two companies on two different payroll systems (Optimum and Macola). The payroll consists of hourly, incentive pay systems and salaried employees.
Duties include:
· Process bi-weekly payroll for 150 employees
· Audit time sheets for hours worked, overtime hours, and ETO
· Pay all taxes and payroll distributions
· Maintain all Payroll deductions, garnishments, and pay ratesComplete new hire onboarding with key fobs, logins, time cards, information packets, company policies, and gathering withholding information, etc.
· Enroll and Maintain Medical/Dental/Vision/401K enrollments
· Audit insurance related HR bills
· Oversee and manage Workers Comp Claims
· Maintain OSHA logs
· Print W2 and year end tax forms
· Audit benefit invoices
· Oversee all aspects of FMLA
· Complete verification of employment requests
· Administer off boarding of employees including Cobra benefits
· Calculate Bonus and Commission Incentives
· Calculate and Audit Employee travel expenses
· Research and resolve all payroll-related questions, concerns, and problems
· Maintain Human Resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, work anniversaries, addressing any changes and updates, and tracking specific required information.
· Document Human Resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
· Proactively support the Operations in new worker Recruitment by reviewing, screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; posting job openings; updating the weekly job opening report; maintaining personnel records.
Accounts Payable Processing Responsibilities:
· Verify Receipt to Purchase Order
· Reconcile variations between PO and Invoice.
· Process Voucher/Check Payment/Wires to Vendors
· Audit small package and LTL freight bills
